Institutional Projects
Energy efficiency, “Green Products” those were two of the requirements for the University of Vermont Law School, Environmental Law Division.
Accomplished, in part, with R-Control SIPS for walls and roof fastened to a steel building frame. This is probably the most energy efficient building in New England. This is only one of many schools, churches, libraries, and light commercial buildings Engineered with R-Control Panels from Branch River.

Residential
Since 1982, we have provided R-Control and non-structural panels for hundreds of residential projects. The following projects, in their construction stages, give you some idea of the versatility of panels by Branch River.

Perform Guard EPS
Branch River manufactures Perform Guard EPS in large blocks. From this we construct, among other things, building panels as you have seen. But can you imagine using Perform Guard EPS to build a bridge? Imagineering is what we call it at Branch River. Working with a national contractor on Boston’s “Big Dig”, the bridge approach ramps were formed using Perform Guard EPS. Specially shaped and laminated EPS were installed on the false work, and after the concrete had hardened, the Perform Guard EPS was removed. The shaping of the bridge completed. Inside the bridge, and under the roadbed, vast amounts of specially constructed Perform Guard EPS carry the utility lines. Imagineering at its best!
